It all started with a blind date setup by the one and only Kate Wilkerson — proving once again that sometimes your friends really do know best. Charlie and Jordan’s first date almost didn’t happen after Charlie called to say he was sick. Jordan wasn’t completely convinced it wasn’t just a creative excuse… but to Charlie’s credit, he actually was sick (a fact later confirmed). Thankfully, Jordan decided to give him one more shot, and the rescheduled first date turned out to be the start of everything.Fittingly, that first date ended at the Loews Hotel — the same place where everyone will be staying during the wedding weekend years later. Since then, Charlie and Jordan have been pretty inseparable. Whether they’re traveling to visit family, trying new restaurants and cocktails, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, or planning the next party, they’ve built a life centered around fun, family, and making memories together.Coming from two big Catholic families, they’ve always known the importance of love, traditions, and togetherness. Jordan’s loud and lively family keeps gatherings full of incredible food and even louder conversations, while Charlie’s family has shown them the value of strong traditions and unwavering support for one another.After five amazing years together (which somehow flew by), Charlie and Jordan have truly become best friends. They are so excited to celebrate this next chapter surrounded by the people they love most — and they can’t wait for a lifetime of adventures, memories, and so much love! Let's get this party started!

The Loews is our wedding hotel block! The wedding party and family will be staying here. There is a great hotel lobby bar that we cannot wait to hangout at with you all! There are tons of hotels in downtown KC as well!

Country Club Plaza

First fridays will be this weekend. There will be a ton of events going on here. Happens the first Friday of every month! Enjoy shopping, good food, and some fun bars!

Crossroads Arts District

The 13th block district will be filled of antique goods during first fridays occuring over wedding weekend. There are 22 warehares filled with amazing antiques, vintage goods and handmade items! Jordan loves to spend weekends antique shopping with her family and friends!

West Bottoms Market & Events Venue

Explore an eclectic mix of shops and boutiques.&nbsp;Taste flavors from around the world.&nbsp;Gather fresh food and imported ingredients.&nbsp;Visit the region’s largest Farmers Market. The farmers market will be Saturday morning and a fun place to walk around before the wedding starts. You can take the street car to the river market!

We love to go play pickleball with friends here. They have great food and drinks as well!
